  Returning a bottle of Lotion that spilled all over my other products was a hassle, but at least after cleaning up the mess Amazon let me ship it back for free. Oh no. THIS STORE charges a service fee. Wont be shipping anything from here.

  CONSISTENTLY is the key word! CONSISTENTLY delayed packages. CONSISTENTLY the app is down. And FedEx is supposed to be the premier deliver agent in the US, but they CONSISTENTLY show otherwise.

  Young girl who took my order was not friendly or helpful at all. Even when I asked a question or two she answered curtly and no eye contact at all. No thank you or any acknowledgement of my using FedEx. Guess I'll go back to the United States Postal system.
