It can be James or any of the staff that reassure me they've got this, and they do. Cheerfully, without making me feel like the inadequate customer I feel I am! I constantly get my neighbors’ mail and my mail goes missing often. A new carrier started about 6 months ago and he refuses to take our outgoing mail. He’s terrible and doesn’t seem to care if he’s doing his job well.
