- KHKrystal HallJun 1, 20261.0I had a return & the lady was trying to have me pay a bag for the return without even scanning the return receipt. I went to another USPS & they scanned it & said it does not need a bag!! Scan the tag before you start assuming.

They're inconsistent with deliveries as well stating that they can't deliver to my apartment, but still try have sent packages or when I'm not home, have them return to sender.
