I was rudely told that “I shouldn’t send anything to my home address first off.” Then, I explained that the carriers said the package was delivered and available for pickup. I came to the PO last night at 4:55 and got my mail from my box. Then went in and got the 1 package they said was there. I went back this morning to try to see if they just missed it. They said “that’s because it’s in your box and you haven’t gotten your mail for awhile.” I was just there last night and got my mail. The packages were not in there. DO NOT TELL ME when I got my mail. I literally just got it last night and those packages were not in there. Both ladies were extremely rude. I hope you take this to heart. I am not the person who leaves reviews like this, so for me to do so, it’s bad.
