I was in line waiting to be attended and not one single post officer worker could be found. There was about 5 of us in line and not one person working behind the counter. I ended up leaving and going to another post office, absolutely ridiculous. This has to be the worst post office I have been too.

Just got a call at 8am from Marietta saying that our 10am passport appointment cannot be serviced at this location because no one has been hired to do this job, and this information of unavailable service will not be updated on their website....

Horrible post office. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes before and had to call back to actually be spoken to. Incompetent employees. Nobody there wants to do their job. I have put in multiple package pick up requests on multiple dates and they never ever pick them up. Some packages need to arrive at their destination by a certain day, but these people don’t care. I don’t understand why USPS hires people like these for important jobs.

They need more staff that can handle taking passports. Marietta disclosed that they haven't taken passport walk-ins in this location for 2 MONTHS! Poor old lady needs to retire she said she was overwhelmed so she couldn't take me as a walk-in SMH. 🫠
