  There absolutely amazing truly incredible people helpful in every aspect including welcoming when coming in, I’m starting to become a regular it’s a extremely important to have good people like that and for this I just love coming here all the time best service ever thank you 🙏🏾 you all so much for being so kind it’s almost like a family seeing the same faces

  Absolutely great service. I came after work it was a bit busy but The young guy and lady in there took really great care of me, made things so easy. I’m so happy they’re finally open.

I understand you had an appointment scheduled, however the team had to take care of the customers who were in the store prior to your arrival.   There was 2 ladies working there during my visit, they welcomed me as soon as I walked in which is unusual in other UPS stores. The one that took care of me was smiley, was super nice and helpful. It looked like both employees were happy to be there. It was refreshing to see this. On the other hand fix the address, Google is showing the store across the street.

  I stopped by UPS today to print some floor plans I needed, and Clayton helped me through the entire process. He took the time to show me the plans before printing everything to make sure they looked right and that I was happy with the result. He was patient, professional, and very helpful. Great customer service and attention to detail. 5 stars for Clayton!
