- KAKathy A.Feb 22, 20265.0We have a very nice post office in McHenry. The staff is efficient and helpful. Sometimes during the holidays, there are long lines, but that is to be expected. If you have a package with prepaid postage, you don't have to wait in line. You can just drop it off on one of the counters or put in the drop box. Best of all, postage rates have remained reasonable, even in these inflationary times.

- JFJason FlakerAug 3, 20243.0Most of the time our mail person is great, today wasn’t great. I go two photo prints from a recent trip from Shutterfly, the mail person shoved them into the mailbox with other boxes and mail. Luckily the prints weren’t damaged.

Instead of attempting to deliver my package twice, they tried once and returned my package to the seller two days later with no notice to me. So, when I went in four days after the delivery attempt, they told me they could not find the package and that they would contact me. I only found out it was returned to the sender because I looked the tracking number up in the USPS system. I am appalled. They need to get their act together.
