  The service was fast, on time, on point, she worked with me, helped me get all of my info in even some of the stuff I didn't know how to do or get she knew.. if you need anything sent just walk in here and look for Jawauna.

  Ivy had exceptional customer service. I was running behind and it was closing time, she took the time out to find and get my package. She carried a very positive attitude especially since it was closing time and the holidays I didn’t expect exceptional customer service service. She went above and beyond because she didn’t have to retrieve my package at closing time.

  I waited for 30 minutes and they didn't open. I called 1-800 and asked why they supposedly open at 10:00 AM, and it was already 10:30 AM and they weren't open. I waited for 30 minutes and they told me they didn't know anything and couldn't do anything. They're good at closing on time but not at opening, so I hung up and left.
