- GJGary JohnsonAug 15, 20261.0I have always used this location for my p.o.box service and have been overwhelmingly satisfied to receive my mail after the day time hours close, it is now very inconvenient with other towns locations around collinsville, troy, glen carbon, edwardsville staying open after the desk time closes it seems to me more now the new postmaster at this location in maryville absolutely doesn't care about the box people that pay almost $200.00 a year i will now work towards getting out unless this changes soon ! !! This person doesn't care about the people that pay for those boxes to lock up that place the way they have after many years all of a sudden it's ridiculous

I even had to come back and forgot something and to have my concerns promptly handled professionally was a breath of fresh air. This was the best USPS experience I have ever had and will recommend everyone this location. I wish every rep in post offices were like Jennifer and Jonna.
