Leah working behind the counter asked if I needed any help. She came to my car and carried that heavy box in for me. In today’s society it’s rare to get good customer service, besides being very friendly and helpful, she went above and beyond! Thank you Leah! PS: Regarding the phone mailed to AT&T by Michelle that was lost in the review before mine, I have sent phones 2 years in a row to AT&T and each time they were lost and eventually found in a warehouse of AT&T’s. So this is an AT&T issue not USPS.
