- KKKarJul 1, 20261.0I had a hold on my mail due to moving and it was getting close to the release date so I called a few times to find out what I'm supposed to do and between Kelly and the "postmaster," (quite possibly a DEI hire) they didn't have a clue. At one point, the "postmaster" said, "you keep calling here and me and Kelly told you that you have to wait for the change of address to go through!" ??? That is what they kept saying...that it could take 3 weeks. One time, the "postmaster" said she would check into it and call me back but it would take a while to get to it....she never called back. That was what I was looking for..an answer to what/when/what to do next. After I had enough aggravation and lost my temper, "postmaster" said "call me back when you calm down" and she hung up on me! In all my calls, no one could tell me what to do except to wait for change of address to go through! But on my final call the "postmaster" said she'd do a courtesy hold for a few more weeks. ?? That didn't solve anything! After going to USPS website I found that I needed to pay $1.25 for an identity verification. As soon as I paid it, I got an email confirming my change of address that I originally applied for on June 9. They couldn't tell me that on my first call? That could have saved at least a week of getting my mail released and forwarded. Incompetent people! Do better!
- JTJohn TaylorDec 4, 20231.07 out of 9 packages said they were put in my mailbox. I have a key for my box... 0f those 7 packages, I have received none!!! Every single package is missing!!! EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE IS MIS-DELIVERED!!! THE USPS IS COSTING ME MONEY!!! My packages are being placed in the wrong box and this post office does not care!

- JTJordan ThorneMar 2, 20201.0Laziest postal employees. 3rd time waiting at home for a delivery and the USPS Delivery person didn’t even walk up to ring doorbell or knock on door they just pulled up to my mailbox and left a sorry we missed you notice and drove off. I had to go into the post office the next day to sign for it. This use to be a good post office but the newer employees just don’t care at all.
