Waited 10 minutes in front then rang the bell for him to come and tell me I’m late for my passport appointment and with attitude says passports are done when there’s a sign that says you can walk in until 3pm for a passport. I asked him why and he laughs and says I need to reschedule. Im confused why I need to reschedule when it clearly states I can walk in up to 3pm. Some people just don’t want to work and should not work with the public if they don’t know how to respond in a professional manner. Its a shame that they’re workers out there like this. I will be filing a formal complaint because why would it say you have until 3pm if the workers are going to laugh in your face because they’re to lazy to do their job. Find better workers post office!! With no degree or skills he should be a little kinder to people.
