"The Regular" mailman is Always punctual, kind, courteous, sociable, always accurate, willing to help,solve problems, mail run is spot on and absolutely perfect, excellent. , IF, Loves Park post office doesn't have enough people, personnel, and or employees to deliver the Mail, all the mail, on time, Then they need to hire more Mailmen/Ladies. NO ECUSES,NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! I've been waiting all morning, afternoon and probably now into the evening to get my Check, 1 single Envelope!!!! I had to cancel my plans, cancel my wedding reception plans, and sit here with my thumb up my Arss WAITING On this USPS pistma/lady because the " post lady " has 3 routes and it's 3:23 p.m. and she still has not been here or delivered any mail. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, & APPALLING!!!!!! And every single time, it's a Substitute mailman/lady there's missing mail, late, and wrong mailbox. The Postmaster needs to investigate and makes changes!!!! Hire more employees or FIRE The manager & supervisors on the spot !!!! If, I'm only one person, experiencing these issues with Loves Park Post office, How many other tax payers, residents and people are actually experiencing the same or similar Unacceptable issues ??? I can't be the only one !!! Loves Park post office needs to be investigated and inspected, by the Postmaster, hell pull a surprise inspection. ATTENTION USPS - POSTMASTER . NOW, 3:35 P.M And yet No Mail !!!!! Now 3:50p.m. Sincerely, ANTHONY M. MASH
- MMMichael MaslanaMay 15, 20264.0Service has always been great however today there was a huge line and only one lady working so she was swamped so no fault of hers but I was there only for a stamp and as I was looking around while standing in the line I seen a machine that said self service postal so I wondered if I could possibly get a stamp so I walked out and gave up my place in line but I was lucky enough that the machine did a number of things including swelling however many stamps and you want which is also a good thing I just needed one and I didn't want to buy a book of stamps considering I don't mail a lot of letters so I'm so glad I found that machine which got me out the door probably at least 35 to 40 minutes faster and yes the line was out the door and why only 4 stars today ,someone in charge should have made sure she got helped
