- AHAndrew HarveyJun 28, 20261.0The post office has now lost 3 of my packages. I'll sold things on eBay and purchased the shipping of the site. Took out to the Lombard location and now after 8 days no movement can't even track them. I believe some theft is going on at the USPS the package was insured but it's horrible service is wrecking my reputation as a seller on eBay. My buyer's are very upset. I say the entire system at the post office is broken just like our government. No faith in either of them.
- GGGerssonJun 13, 20262.0One worker was nice and hospitable, he did his job with no attitude. Another was a curly haired woman who was rude and threw my package into a bin carelessly. If you're having a bad day don't take it out on customers.
- KSKevin SchmitzJun 7, 20265.0I had a change of address and I had to open up a post office box Porsche was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She really knows her stuff. She’s a really good USPS employee/team member. She should be commended on her service and given a big fat raise!!!
- JWjack watsonMay 26, 20261.0We don't get mail delivered at least 2 or 3x a week despite seeing mail that's supposed to be delivered in informed delivery. It just never shows up. Currently missing my car registration information, but there's no point in contacting the post office because they do nothing about it.
