- YTYaseera TabassumAug 26, 20261.0I submitted my documents for shipping on August 17, with an estimated delivery date of August 20. I checked again on August 23 and was told it would take 3–5 business days. Today is August 26, and I still have no idea where my documents are. It included an $90 money order, and now I have to resubmit it because my deadline is approaching. Very frustrating and disappointing.

She was on her phone texting, then proceeded to make herself some water and put a packet of drink mix on there, shook it a few times, dumped it in another bottle added more water shook it some more. Never looked at me never said hello, just went about her business of texting and making a concoction for her to drink while she made customers wait. So unprofessional and extremely rude! If this is what your hiring now.. we will have no post offices soon. This is a JOKE! This is what represents your Lombard post office? Embarrassing!

Currently missing my car registration information, but there's no point in contacting the post office because they do nothing about it.
