- AMAdelle MatliaJan 28, 20191.0SHUT DOWN THIS OFFICE OR REPLACE MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING THEIR MANAGEMENT STAFF since they have no eyes to see all these bad reviews and feedback and reflect! I no longer see the one and only great mailman they had. None of the good employees work at this facility anymore. What is going on? CARELESS, HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Why do customers have to wait sooo long until someone decides to show up at the counters and "serve" you with a long face as if you owe them something. They drag their feet and give the dirty look because you ruined their fun time. These employees think that they will just sit and barely do a thing while they wait to collect their checks. Well, no one works for fun but money doesn't come easy and you need to earn it by working hard. There is no reason for you to give people attitude while you are only expected to do your job and whatever you are requested to do is within your job description!!! What part don't you get? Next time I will publish names of the employees that offer poor service and attitude and obviously don't want to work. Lastly, why do I notice discrimination?! Lately, almost every USPS branch around the area only hires Afro-Americans! No other races are good for the job or maybe they don't meet the requirements?
