  Paid extra to pick up an important package from the store and they just could not find it, they asked me to go to other locations, contact regional facility, open claim etc but just refuse to do a search for this package (regional facility told me the GPS trace stopped in the store). Went there four times, and in the end I just gave up. One of the worker Reese was especially rude and unfriendly. Will avoid this store and UPS in the future...

  Everyone could do a better job of greeting people as they come in even if the customer has to wait. Reese was a big help today with some Amazon returns that I had. Keep up the good work!

  This has to be one of the worst UPS stores I've used. The staff has rarely been helpful. They are "not able" to print a shipping label even when provided with a legitimate tracking number that was given to me by a vendor for a damaged item that needed to be returned. Instead, they charge you $2.49 to print on a desktop printer. What should have been a quick in-and-out package drop-off turned in a 25 minute ordeal. Further, this location has consistently been 10-20% over what the UPS website quotes you if shipping is purchased in the store. Go somewhere else!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was upsetting enough that I felt it needed to be shared. I understand that I arrived one minute before closing, and I truly appreciate that the staff agreed to accept my shipment instead of turning me away. If they had simply said they couldn’t take it because they were closing, I would have understood. However, the way we were treated was completely unnecessary. The employee who assisted us, Reese, repeatedly rolled her eyes throughout the interaction and spoke very disrespectfully to my father. As he was providing the shipping address, she shouted, “I HEARD YOU.” There was no reason to speak to a customer that way. The package contained insulin for an elderly relative, so getting it there as quickly as possible was extremely important. During our conversation, I had explained that I needed overnight shipping. Yet the shipment was entered as a 3-day service. When she told me it would take 2–3 days, I politely asked if there was an earlier option. Instead of simply explaining the available services, she became visibly upset and responded, “You asked me to ship it. You never said overnight.” Thankfully, another employee stepped in and assured me that overnight shipping could be arranged. I understand that working at closing time can be stressful, and I appreciate that the store accepted my package. But customers should never be made to feel belittled or disrespected. Professionalism and basic courtesy shouldn’t disappear because it’s the end of the day. I left feeling shaken by the entire interaction, especially given the urgency of mailing life-saving medication.

  Received great customer service. Got the help we needed before closing. Didn't turn us away that it is almost closing time.
