  I want to say the manager was helpful and nice. We were concerned about the shipping cost and she was able to help us out with it where it was manageable for us. Sadly we forgot the name.

  Disappointing lack of transparency. I was charged extra unexpected fees at this location. When I checked my receipt, the package weight was completely left off, making it impossible to double-check their math. Customers deserve clear billing and complete receipts.

  "I walked in and was greeted. He was finishing up what he was doing when someone else walked in and asked if I was in line. I said yes. The guy who was working on something must have realized and asked, 'How can I help you?' I said, 'I need something printed on cardstock paper.' He said, 'I don't know if we have that, I'd have to ask,' and then went right back to what he was doing before helping me. By this time, the guy behind me was already being helped. While I was still waiting for this guy to go ask someone, the person who came in after me was finished and out the door. I then asked the next employee, and he said, 'I also don’t know.' I asked, 'Who does?' They said, 'The manager in the back.' I just walked out. I’m fine if you don’t have it, but instead of telling me you have to ask, how about you actually go ask?" Went to FedEx. Got the job done in 10 seconds.
