  Unfortunately, Google has yet to permit a Zero Star rating. Workers at this location are dismissive & incapable of comprehending clearly articulated questions. Cannot and do not provide relevant replies, refuse to take accountability for their lack of action, knowledge, and incorrect information sharing. I would avoid at all costs

  I needed business cards on a tight timeline, and the staff at UPS were incredibly helpful in expediting the order. They made the process quick and easy. Great service!

  Update 3: the store owner Jim has contacted me, he says I need to show him proof that his employees lost or stole my package and good luck! I requested cctv footage and he says they only have 24 hr hour footage available so that isn't possible l. I have photos from asurion showing my package arrived empty and no proof of damage or improperly taped package. Update: This issue has not been resolved! Beware please do not let this location tape your box for you. I shipped PlayStation 5 from this location for repairs and the package arrived to the destination empty! Someone stole my PlayStation 5 and no one is taking accountability!

  Quick and easy process to return things. The younger woman who works here was very pleasant but I overheard the older woman employee speaking to a young man who was a customer and she sounded annoyed and kind of rude. The young man was nice so maybe this employee was just having a bad day.
