Karian is amazing - she is super kind and helpful, puts customers in heart, provides options for different scenarios. With her help, I was able to select the one that works best for my case. She is extremely efficient, within the 8-10 mins when I was there, she not only helped me but also completed tasks for 6 customers. Talking and working with Karina is a breeze. This experience is the one that I love to have in different USPS locations across the county. Thank you so much, Karian! Excuse me if I misspelled your name:)
- SCSusan CutlerMar 15, 20221.0My experience lately has been terrible. Lost checks is normal occurrence. Have had this PO box for 30 years. Waited until 4 customers walked in before they acknowledged any of us. Oh we didn’t hear, 4 dings of a door for 10 minutes. stated, come on. Postmaster is not a responsible thinker. Unsettling the office is going down the tubes. Deerfield also has poor performance. Closed the drive up mail drop because no employees to walk out and bring in a container of mail once a day. Good Lord!
