She tried to charge me $210+ to ship important documents in a flimsy plastic bag, claiming the standard envelopes were more expensive - which is a blatant lie. I went to another location and got the same one-day priority service in a proper FedEx envelope for only $70. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and tried to rush me through a blatant overcharge. Do not trust this store with your money or your documents.
- A1alm 123Jun 8, 20211.0For FedEx, please close this facility. For customers, don’t come to this facility. Go to other FedEx facilities. Clueless young ladies today. I asked a large box to fit corporate returned stuff. They tried to sell me a fancy package. Fine, we can pay for it. Then showed them the corporate printed shipping label with recipient to pay the shipping fee, the lady asked me the account number which I don’t know and I don’t need to know because the printed corporate label says all. Then the lady said they cannot do it. What hell! Totally waste of my time. Went to another FedEx facility, no question asked, large box outside the counter for customer to pick, gave the package to the lady at the counter and then she immediately typed the info from corporate shipping label to the computer. Total several minutes. Left and sat in the car to check, the tracking number already showed up on FedEx tracking system with secured delivery date.

I came in to ship a package and before visiting the store, I was not aware that FedEx Office provided many different sevices. After making a few suggestions, Lamar was able to upgrade a family photo and my daughter finalized her school project. I will definitely be returning .
