She tried to charge me $210+ to ship important documents in a flimsy plastic bag, claiming the standard envelopes were more expensive - which is a blatant lie. I went to another location and got the same one-day priority service in a proper FedEx envelope for only $70. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and tried to rush me through a blatant overcharge. Do not trust this store with your money or your documents.
