  It is not okay to upgrade a basic copy order and then charge me $4/page for it when I neither asked for that nor approved it. I was coming in to discuss the order when I received an email that it was ready and I was charged $100 for an order that should have been $20. And when I went back to ask about the outrageous charge I was told by Brianna that 'she had no way to know the cost beforehand'. Not okay in any business. You get customer approval prior to any upgrade that you are charging them for. I gave her the chance to make it right and she chose not to. Prior to this I did a lot of printing there. I do not need an education on UPS stores and I had no idea what the print manager was printing. It should have been 10 sheets of paper. Not $100. Owner response is meaningless.One month later there is still no resolution and very few responses from the owner who offered a very partial refund and then never gave me the refund. I have since escalated this to corporate UPS and they acknowledged there is a problem here.

  I had a very bad experience at this UPS location. When I returned my package, the employee did not give me a receipt. I asked for the receipt but she ignored me. I had to leave and come back again, and only then she gave me the receipt from under the desk. This is not the first time this employee has behaved like this. Customers should not have to ask multiple times for a drop-off receipt. Management should please look into this situation

  Great service everytime I've been in there. Even once 5 minutes before closing. Some seem to just want to complain

  The staff at this location need to be trained on customer service. I had the worst interaction and was treated with disrespect by an employee today. They are rude and not helpful in any regard. Drive the extra five minutes to a different location and do yourself a favor and never go here.

  Stay clear this place is a ripoff and run by shady people. I needed to cancel my shipment about 15 minutes after I generated the shipping label and came back in, asked if I could cancel it and was told my parcel had already been picked up. I could see my parcel on the table in the back from the counter. They just wanted to keep their money, I will never use this facility again. Sadly you can't rate 0 stars or I would.
