  2nd worse unaccommodating location in the area. I had to return my old phone back to my mobile carrier. The QR code that’s doesn’t require printing the return label didn’t work at another USPS location. So I went to go print the label and came to this closer location. The white older male was so rude and I was already inconvenience by the rudimentary applications used USPS locations. Black women embrace technology to avoid these frequent occurrences of microagression. Nevertheless, I went to the Calumet City location and received the best customer service ever at any USPS location. Also, their team had complimentary regular tape to affix the return label. This was the actual issue at the Lansing USPS location. I’ll take the extra few minutes to go to Cal city from now on. Also, some critical pieces of mail haven’t been delivered to my home and I’ll be calling to file a formal complaint for this location soon.

  I got informed delivery every time I got a bill or something.The males in there on the day of the picture but it fits a check or something or first class mail , which 1-3 day delivery i get the picture, but not the mail.And I get the same excuse every time , and nobody wants to actually take care of anything. It's pretty sad that the united states postal service is so unreliable that fedex and u p s are

  Not completely sure The name of the female worker that was just working the front desk just shortly after 10 AM She makes it very clear that she has absolutely zero interest in helping anyone. She comes off very rude and bothered by having to assist people in sending out mail and packages. I have never gone into the post office before to mail a package and I could have used some assistance In the preparation of the package. It was very clear that I was having trouble, and the worker did not show the slightest interest in trying to actually help me To make the situation even worse, A gentleman in front of me questioned her demeanor because she was coming off extremely rude and she tried to justify her behavior and act like she wasn’t being rude If she wants to treat people like that, then she should probably find a different job and maybe consider working at Walmart or McDonald’s Genuinely surprised you’re establishment will allow an employee to provide customer service in that manner I really hope somebody in charge decides to have a genuine conversation with her about her overall demeanor towards customers in general
