- FLFreak on a LeashJun 26, 20261.0Not completely sure The name of the female worker that was just working the front desk just shortly after 10 AM She makes it very clear that she has absolutely zero interest in helping anyone. She comes off very rude and bothered by having to assist people in sending out mail and packages. I have never gone into the post office before to mail a package and I could have used some assistance In the preparation of the package. It was very clear that I was having trouble, and the worker did not show the slightest interest in trying to actually help me To make the situation even worse, A gentleman in front of me questioned her demeanor because she was coming off extremely rude and she tried to justify her behavior and act like she wasn’t being rude If she wants to treat people like that, then she should probably find a different job and maybe consider working at Walmart or McDonald’s Genuinely surprised you’re establishment will allow an employee to provide customer service in that manner I really hope somebody in charge decides to have a genuine conversation with her about her overall demeanor towards customers in general

The workers are always so friendly, helpful, and willing to take the time to explain things to me whenever I have questions. One staff member, Cindy, is especially fantastic, she is always pleasant and greets me with a warm smile. This is truly the most pleasant post office I have ever visited in my entire life!
