    I use this place for years. Always do my photo copying here. Pay by credit, debit, or prepay FedEx card. They do shipping and custom banners too.

    By far the worst FedEx location I’ve been at. First time sending a lost item to a customer the general manager when providing the address to mail a lost item to the customer entered the wrong address which caused the item to come back to our branch location. This time when mail a lost item to a customer I asked why I was asked for the valuation of the item and if I wanted to be emailed if the item was delivered stated the system already have the recipient email I stated that impossible because the recipient don’t work for our company and that I would like to be notified due to last time the item was sent to the wrong address the ASM stated they can’t make changes and have a good day. No other FedEx location our company work with provide all this frustration when sending lost items to our customer and every location don’t provide this much push back when asking for confirmation.

    I want to thank the FedEX team at the Torrence Ave address. I was traveling from Ohio to Peoria Il after dropping off my daughter to visit family. She was scheduled to fly back home in 3 days. While driving, I looked in my center consul and saw my daughter's wallet that contained her ID card along with her ear buds. OMG! She can't board the plane without her ID. So I searched up the nearest FedEX and found this location. I went in and everyone was busily helping customers or working around the store. The wait was short and I could hear the representative helping the lady in front of me. She (the representative) was caring and patient and professional. When it was my turn, I showed the wallet and earbuds to the representative. She began thinking about the best way to send the item and came back with a small box. I told her that I wondered if the items could fit in an envelope to which she stated she was concerned that the earbuds might get damaged. She wrapped the items securely so they would not bounce around and placed them in the in box. I was so appreciative for the caring service i received. Also, while I was there, another employee needed help and the lady helping me offered her support once done with me. Its clear that this location is filled with very kind, caring and helpful employees. I want to thank the employees at this store for seeing me as a person and not a number. Please give these employees a raise!
