- CCCCMay 1, 20261.0Malik needs to go thru Customer Service Soft Skills training. I am a manager in Customer Service and this man is pure evil. Upon reviewing the several (over 50 reviews) I see on Maliks poor performance, I am shocked to see he still has a job. I was treated like a child and the error that occurred was caused by him on a previous visit. He did not want to take accountability which ultimately cost me another $14 dollars. The money is not the issue, it is the attitude, condescending tones, accountability, and non-apolagetic Customer Service he presents. This man needs a write up and training. I would never allow one of my employees to treat customers like he does. Now, Jerome on the other hand, ispleasant, professional, thorough, and adheres to superb Customer Service skills. I have always received great service from Jerome. I feel sorry for him having to cover up for Malik. Give Jerome a raise.
