  This FedEx Office has such an amazing team! Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. I was there for more than 20 minutes printing some documents, and during that time, I had the chance to watch how thoughtfully they treated every customer—with patience, care, and a smile. It was clearly a busy time of day, but even around 6 PM, the staff were still energetic, positive, and willing to help everyone. I was so impressed that I had to write this review. If you need to print, ship, or take care of anything at FedEx, I highly recommend coming here. You’ll not only get your work done efficiently, but you’ll also leave with some positive energy! Such a great team and such a great experience. Thank you for being so wonderful!

  The big girl at the counter refused to take my package. She tried telling my the box, mind you that was shipped to me, wouldn’t make it through shipping. So you’re admitting that fedex doesn’t take care of packages!!!! She demanded I buy a specialized fedex box. Great employees you have working for your company that are telling customers how terrible you handle packages

  Hours are only 11 AM - 6 PM. The reported hours are never accurate and should be updated. The service personnel are considerate but the hours are extremely inconvenient for such a time-critical business.

  Today is Saturday. They are closed, they are supposed to be open. No note, no message on their phone. Drove 20 minutes to get here. So angry
