- CJCordell JuholaJun 22, 20261.0I went to drop off a package that already was pre paid. I handed the package to the postal worker. Who supposedly scanned the package to indicate it has been shipped. The employee then proceeded to take the package and just threw it into the basket. The whole issue is my package didn't scan and isn't showing up. The problem is that it was sent to a buyer to make sure the individual receives the package and I know it was delivered. A receipt was handed however it didn't scan to show it was checked in. Please do your job with some professionalism. The 2nd part was I asked for a specific stamp to mail a letter and he wanted to make it non machinable. Which I was testing a shipping method to see if it could be delivered. If it wasn't I had no problem paying the extra fee. I said I would rather not and intend to go to another post office to buy the stamp required to mail my letter. He printed out a receipt and it canceled out the scan of the package. I unfortunately was taken back by the service I failed to pay attention to the receipt. I do not mind suggestions. However I was very put off by the service and whole situation. I will not be using this post office in any future dealings.
