- NNNicadore (Nicadore)5 days ago2.0I had a very unpleasant experience at this location today. When I arrived, the service windows were empty, and I stood there for several minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter. No one acknowledged me or came over. When an employee finally assisted me, I brought in a package that had been previously used and had a couple of small remnants of old white labels on it. There were no old tracking numbers or shipping labels visible. The employee told me that she could not accept the package unless I removed the remaining pieces of the old labels. I understand that there may be rules regarding old labels on reused packaging, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily unfriendly and unhelpful. I struggled to remove the remaining pieces by hand, and there was no attempt to offer any assistance or explain the issue in a more helpful way. I eventually took my package and left. I went to another USPS location afterward, where the package was accepted without any issue.

While waiting in line we witnessed her being so mean to everyone in line before us. When it was our turn she refused to help us with a passport. Not at all helpful, mean, and unwilling to provide information for how to proceed despite us having all the necessary documentation. Will absolutely NOT return to this location for anything.
