Can you help me design my business sign?
Our comprehensive service includes site measurement and custom signage design for your business. To begin, please submit a quote request through our website or contact our office directly.
Do you manufacturer your own signs?
We are a complete, full-service sign company that handles every phase of the project internally. Our process begins with a site survey where we measure and photograph your building or property. Using this data, we develop the optimal sign solution for your requirements and provide a detailed estimate for your review. Once approved, we obtain the necessary permits from local authorities. We then manufacture your custom signage in our facility and schedule professional installation to complete your project.
Do your sign services come with warranties?
New LED signs include a 5-year manufacturer warranty. Our other sign services are backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty.
Do you offer sign repair services?
We provide maintenance and repair services for existing signage alongside our design and installation capabilities. Contact us to schedule service for your sign. A site visit is required to assess the issue. If we can resolve the problem with standard materials from our truck, we will complete the repair during that visit. When repairs require specialty materials or custom fabrication, we will provide a quote detailing the cost and timeline. Once you approve the estimate, we will proceed with the repairs according to the agreed schedule.
Do you work with digital signs?
We repair and install digital signs of all brands.
Can you visit my business location?
Yes, we offer site surveys as part of our scope of work and highly recommend before placing an order.
Can you match my logo colors?
Yes, we use Matthew Paint system which lets us match your exact brand colors for high durability sign finishes. To get started, we just need your logo in a vector file ( .AI , .EPS , or print ready file .PDF) and Pantone (PMS) color codes.
Can you help me with pulling a permit for my sign?
Our office provides services such as technical site surveys, sign renderings, code checks, permit filings and variance filing to ensure sign is to code.
What products do you make in house?
All custom signage for outdoor including channel letters, monument signs, pylon signs, acrylic lettering, metal lettering, box signs, custom logos, way finding signs, interior office signs, post and panels, and any other custom solutions your business may need.
Do you only install signs in Illinois?
Our company offers services throughout Illinois, Indiana and can project manage across the USA.
