I will have mail/bills waiting to be picked up for a week before anyone ever stops by making everything late. I even had one mail lady give her her personal number and tell me to call her when I have mail for pick up. 😳 No ma’am I’m not doing your job for you!!! Worst postal service ever

A representative told me it had been delivered to a different street with the same house number and said she would contact the carrier and follow up with me later that day or the next. I have not heard back. I tried calling the Joliet Post Office multiple times but received an automated message that the voicemail box is full. When I finally reached an operator and explained the issue, I was placed on hold and then disconnected. After that, I could no longer reach an operator and only received a fast busy signal. It’s been extremely frustrating trying to resolve this by phone, and I’m hoping I won’t have to drive to the office just to get an update.
