    So I know that we are not living in the customers always right day and age, but wow customer service is terrible. My story is this I was told by somebody that works UPS corporate that I could send something in an emergency situation same-day from Chicago to Denver. Which is the exact situation I was in. When I came into the UPS store, the young girl that works the counter said it’s not possible and I told her yeah I know it’s possible. I’ve already talked to somebody in corporate that said it can’t be done. Maybe you don’t know how to do it, but it can’t be done. She said nope can’t be done. It’s not possible. So I looked it up ensure enough on UPS website all she had to do was look she didn’t bother but on UPS website it says same-day delivery anywhere anytime anything. The problem isn’t that she didn’t know the problem is that she wouldn’t even consider that she could’ve been wrong. I don’t care if she’s been there four years or 14 years she was wrong, but she wouldn’t admit it and she was a smile like to me even after I showed her she basically said I’m an idiot. That’s why I’m giving you a one star. I finally gave up and went back to FedEx and just send it next day. I could’ve done the same day with FedEx but for some reason I couldn’t get an account set up. How frustrating is this? Some things aren’t supposed to happen but it helps when people are nice to you when you ask and at least try to be helpful. I don’t understand the reason for same-day if you can’t get it to work in an emergency
