I went to drop off this no box no label needed return and she scanned the QR code and generated a label but then refused to ship it unless I purchased a box. She did not cancel the return and therefore I have the item and the retailers thinks it was shipped back so I will get charged again when they don’t receive it all because she refused to ship it. No box needed mean no box.

I came in on a Saturday morning right after they opened hoping to notarize some documents, only to be told the staff member who’s able to do that doesn’t come in until 10 or 11. Okay 10 or 11, which is it? Why not advertise separate hours for notary services? Disappointed.
