  You guys really need to hire more experienced, common sense drivers…. Just watched one of your drivers attempt to blind back between two trailers attempting to do a y-turn so he could turn around and position himself properly…. I had to tell him twice that it wasn’t going to happen. And frankly it was dangerous. Had I not been here, he probably would’ve continued attempting it while blocking the road in the process and quite possibly hit something…. Not a bad guy, but clearly not experienced enough and definitely not trained to recognize the situation. Could’ve been bad….

  Apparently they employ absolute horrible truck drivers at this business to see me that today is just a couple minutes ago 81 South near Scranton one of their trucks decided to just cut across the lane suddenly with no blinker actually he put the blinker on when he was already in the middle of both lanes but before that he was a tailgating another 18-wheeler but nonetheless I had to slam on my brakes to not hit him. Trash drivers

  Hardworking founders and leaders often build successful companies from scratch, only for bad apple employees to systematically ruin their reputation from within through poor attitude and disrespect. Unfortunately, that was nearly my experience recently. After making a simple, genuine request, I was met with extreme condescension and disrespect by a team member who literally pointed me to the exit ("You people... there is the door, if you don't like..."). Unsurprisingly, after my primary issue was resolved, that same individual hypocritically tried to flip the script and act helpful by offering solutions to non-existent problems. A minor situation had rapidly threatened to get completely out of hand due to sheer poor conduct. Lauren stepped in at the absolute nick of time. She immediately took ownership, proposed a clear solution, and personally followed through to ensure everything was handled seamlessly. More importantly, she gave me a genuine assurance that what I experienced would be addressed and would never happen again to me or anyone else. Lauren’s professionalism, deep respect for clients, and rare, decisive problem-solving ability single-handedly restored my confidence. She is a massive asset to Cadence, and I will forever be thankful for her timely intervention, grace, and integrity!

  Had a positive experience with Cadence Premier Cargo in Joliet, IL. The staff was professional, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process.
