  Called in February for service, adjacent property already has GTEC service. JULIE came out to our property and flagged first week of March, GTEC never showed up. Ask for multiple updates, rude customer service each time we called. All we were asking for was a timeframe or an update on where our project was on the list. First week of August and still are provided no timeframe for service. After 6 months of waiting, we have no choice but to go somewhere else. Extremely disappointed.

  Had some issues originally but the owner personally called to make things right. Provided personal cell phone number and offered a free month. Extremely fast reliable internet and a great install by the crew thank you. Thank you Susan Ashley Craig and others involved.

  Frontier ran fiber and must of hit a GTI line when called the said they would send out a technician. The technician said no line was hit and it’s slow because of the streaming service we was using. We had zero problems till frontier ran fiber. I will be looking for other providers. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

  Getting tv and internet was a breeze today . Fast service and very polite lady .
