- DDDaylen Davis6 days ago1.0So I'm not shocked to find that several others have had similar experiences as mine. Yep, the same two ladies that everyone else is referring to haven't changed a bit. If you come in there needing any bit of help or assistance, you WILL be met with a dismissive and flippant attitude. They are obviously burnt out and unsatisfied with their roles, but there is zero excuse for them treating every customer like a problem that they're sick of dealing with. They need to take a customer service class where they learn the lesson that even though they see similar issues all day long, it is our FIRST encounter with it....and them. Act like a professional.

I was just asking a simple question and the second blonde i delt with asked well what do you wanna do...ummm ship why else would I be here?! I asked for her to weight my packages and it was like i was asking for too much! Maybe it was to difficult for her...idk. I ended up getting my weights and walked out. I'll just buy the shipping through pirate ship and send it UPS. At least it will make it there.
