I remember I mentioned it to the mgr. and he said that it is very important to the store that his employees to be helpful to all customers. My favorite guy is Ryan. He always greets me with a smile and a personal hello.

According the the assistant manager on duty this evening he said, “ we can’t use your company collect number because we’ve had problems in the past.” They used to enter this with no issue so the fact that he’s saying they have had problems translates to, “we make more money if we don’t use your collect number.” This franchise is choosing to opt out of the UPS company policy to ship organizations packages under the corporate contracted UPS price. This is a willing choice to act corruptly and dishonestly. So I’m warning folks that you will be met with difficulties do not use this location and honestly maybe chose FedEx. My organization has FedEx collect numbers as well and that is the direction I will go. I’m sure UPS corporate will not be happy at the choice of this franchise to refuse corporate collect numbers.
