  Store is never open at posted hours and often closes early. This has happened to me several times now, especially on weekends. Today they were supposed to be open at 10. They weren't. Came back at 11:15 only to see some woman entering the back doors so I waited. Still took her over 10 minutes to decide to start opening things up. Seems the employees come in whenever they feel like it.

  I have no words. This is the worst managed store I have ever been to. I went there Wednesday, and it was closed due to staffing issues. I come here quite often, and the employees are great. They are doing their best, but their management is awful. I went in to inquire about a mailbox, and the employee told me that the manager was out due to medical issues. I went back about a week later because I was told the manager would be back, but I received the same answer that she was still out for medical reasons. I honestly feel bad for the two girls that are always working there because they are trying their hardest always friendly and are very good workers. I was there Thursday to do some returns, and a gentleman was yelling at one of the girls because his package had been delivered outside the building while it was closed the previous day, and the packages were missing. Something seriously needs to change. The employees deserve better support, and customers deserve a store that is properly managed and consistently open when it is supposed to be.

  I was in the store Tuesday morning. I didn’t catch her name, but she had short blonde hair and tattoos. She was wonderful! She was helping a gentleman who has a lot of packages. She asked him if she could help another customer while he was organizing. So she went to the other station and took care of the other customers. She was going between the gentleman and the other customers. There was a line of people, and she had them all taken care of quickly. I mentioned to her how wonderful she was and how she has such a good work ethic. She also said to the gentleman, “Do you have the young person discount card?” I thought it was so cute! I’ve never left a review before but she deserves to hear experience.

  Five stars, hands down. This UPS Store is quick, efficient, and reliable every single time. The staff is genuinely friendly, and they keep the line moving even when it’s busy. Highly recommend!
