- CSclarissa singsonJun 24, 20261.0I have been going to this location for the past five years. The young African American employee who usually works in the afternoon has always been very friendly and helpful every time I visit. However, the young Asian employee with glasses often has a negative attitude. Even when I ask questions politely, she responds in a condescending tone and seems unwilling to help me with my business at this location. On one occasion, she told me to go to the Schaumburg location because they supposedly do not handle international shipments here. When I asked when that policy started, she could not provide a clear explanation. I have been sending international packages from this location every month for years without any issues. She appears frustrated whenever I ask questions, and her behavior makes customers feel unwelcome. If she is unhappy in her job, that should not be taken out on customers. I believe customer service representatives should treat all customers with professionalism and respect.

- ALA LMay 18, 20261.0They had one person behind the counter and I waited 15 minutes to pick up a book of Stamps. I saw there were other individuals in the back, but no one came to help despite a line going out the door. When I got up to the front, the lady answered the client questionnaire for me rating herself the top score (the green smiley face). When I told her that was my client questionnaire to answer, she proceeded to argue with me and then tried to take my receipt away. She said her name was Choi and she was of Asian descent, but I don't think she was being honest. Very bizarre, unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Who does this?!
