  Amazing staff members! They are incredibly helpful every time I visit the store. Even when there’s a long line, they acknowledge and greet me as soon as I walk in, letting me know they’ll help me within a minute or two—and they always do. The staff is consistently polite, friendly, and professional. Their excellent customer service makes every visit a great experience. Highly recommended!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional customer service!I needed to ship a fragile, awkwardly shaped package and wasn't sure how to pack it securely. The staff went above and beyond to help me find the right box and bubble wrap to ensure everything stays safe. They were incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. It’s rare to find this level of genuine care and professional service these days. This is officially my go-to store!

  Went to get a document notarized and the notary refused to notarize my document without a social security card. According to the state the social security card is required for FIRST time agent renewal NOT existing agent renewal. To renew an agent license a government issued license or passport is what is required. I tried to explain this and the employee was argumentative refusing to listen to what I had to say. I decided to call the state to inquire about this and indeed this employee was incorrect. Please train your employees to understand the differences in the documents they are to notarize. I will no longer give this store business and will let others in the community know how unprofessional and uneducated this employee acted. I have notarized the same exact document 2 times at this location in the past WITHOUT a social security card. Oddly enough the employee who has notarized this document for me in the past and never asked for anything but a license didn't speak up to correct his co worker. I do not recommend this location due to the unprofessional behavior and lack of knowledge in the services they offer. Under the Illinois Notary Public Act (5 ILCS 312/6-102.5), satisfactory evidence of identity is strictly defined. Acceptable documents must meet all of the following criteria:Be valid and unexpired.Be issued by a state agency, federal government agency, or consulate.Bear a photograph of the individual's face.Bear the signature of the individual.Because a Social Security card is a paper document that does not contain a photograph, it cannot be used as an acceptable primary form of identification to notarize a document in Illinois.Instead of a Social Security card, you must provide one of the following:A valid U.S. state driver's license or state ID.A valid U.S. passport.Another government-issued ID that includes both your photo and signature.
