He is always so sweet to my son and makes us feel welcome. One time I didn’t have tape for my package, and Tim went out of his way to help me find some so I could get everything mailed. It’s little acts of kindness like that that make such a difference. He is always professional, friendly, and willing to help with any questions. Customer service like his is hard to find these days. Thank you, Tim, for making every visit such a positive experience!

I once had a PO box key that wasn’t working, and the staff immediately tested the key to double check and gave me a replacement without any trouble. It was resolved even more quickly than the line had moved for me to get up the counter. :)
