He is always so sweet to my son and makes us feel welcome. One time I didn’t have tape for my package, and Tim went out of his way to help me find some so I could get everything mailed. It’s little acts of kindness like that that make such a difference. He is always professional, friendly, and willing to help with any questions. Customer service like his is hard to find these days. Thank you, Tim, for making every visit such a positive experience!

Although there is sometimes a wait (probably busy because they are so good at what they do!) the staff always makes sure they take care of you! I feel lucky to live close to this post office. We are thinking about moving and one of the things that bothers me most is that we won't be as close to this post office anymore.
