  This has got to be the best UPS store that I have been to in years. Both the staff members were so incredibly helpful, patient, and very kind. They helped me get all my stuff situated and returned how it needed to be. Even with their computer system down and not scanning the QR codes correctly, they still manage to record and print out a ticket for my returns, which was so wonderful because there’s no way that I could bring it back to this location as I don’t live super close. Too bad all the UPS stores do not have employees like this such a pleasant experience.

  Saturday I brought four items, a round italian serving dish, a small rectangular decorative piece and a tiny cream and sugar bowl, all treasures from my late Uncle’s estate. I paid $50.00 for the packing of the items ( the lady determined what was needed for their safe arrival) as well as $90.00 for the actual shipping. Although the shipping box arrived in pristine condition, the contents inside did not. The items although individually wrapped were allowed to move inside the box causing the pasta bowl to break. Through the flimsy bubble wrap you can see the broken edge of the bowl. When I called to report this I got nothing but attitude . The gal I spoke with was the one who helped me Saturday . She said the manager was right there and put me on hold. After 21 minutes they hung up on me without ever picking up. I called back many times and no one answered. When I finally got someone he was very rude and claimed it was not their fault but UPS delivery. Interesting since he had seen no pictures . He also claimed contrary to the other employee the manager was not there. They have not filed a claim or done anything but blame everyone else for their mistake. Truly astonishing. I have used federal express in Hinsdale to ship other fragile items including a very fragile mounted duck and it arrived perfectly. Never use this UPS location for any items that matter to you . They do not care about their customers at all.
