  Printout was good but horrible communication on price. I asked the lady on the phone for the same day print out price for cards. When I arrived, as she started printing only then she mentioned about the 30% increase for same day prints. No apologies no admission, just 30% more. I drove a bit, so I was essentially held hostage to the new price. She admitted that I spoke to her on the phone, but she straight faced said that she was not supposed to give the price for the whole project. Even when I politely gave her the feedback, nothing. What I was taken aback by was the “don’t care” vibe. A little acknowledgment would have gone a long ways. I suggest to have everyone get a proper quote if communicating via phone. Or just go to Elmwood or Hillside.

  Amazing location! I came in to print and laminate a concert ticket design I created on Canva, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Essence helped me throughout the process and made everything incredibly smooth. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely down-to-earth. The entire staff seemed to work well together and created such a welcoming atmosphere. They made what could have been a simple errand feel like a truly pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location for any printing, crafting, or creative projects you have!

  5 star customer service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Essence and Sean's customer service is above and beyond. They have shipped 1,000 packages for Nordstrom for my business and never have put the wrong address in and they are very quick!

  I've been to several fedex locations ill never return to after my experience with "Kate at this location. She overexceeded my expectations and truly blew me away. I came in with a pretty difficult order to most people that I needed immediately printed on the spot and Without hesitation she Perfectly executed my request Correctly in a fraction of the time it took at another location. I will be returning here exclusively from now on and couldn't have left more satisfied!
