- JTJohnny TestingJun 13, 20261.0If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst post office I have ever dealt with. I’m not just talking about delayed or missing packages — I’m talking about them refusing to release mail that legally belongs to me and creating issues that have never existed before. I have lived at this address for over 20 years and have NEVER had my name on the mailbox. That was never a problem when delivering my regular mail, my credit cards, or any other packages. So why is it suddenly a problem now? It makes absolutely no sense. What makes this even more suspicious and frustrating is that it feels like the mail carrier saw what kind of package it was and decided to give me a hard time over it. Because out of all the packages and mail I’ve received over the years, this is the one that suddenly gets held up? That doesn’t sit right with me at all. On top of that, the complete lack of care for customers’ mail is unacceptable. Packages are constantly left out in the open with no concern for security. I’ve personally had over 20 packages stolen because of how careless deliveries are handled here. I’ve seen neighbors’ packages dropped off and opened or stolen almost immediately because of how exposed they were left. And when you go inside for help, the staff are dismissive, unprofessional, and more focused on talking amongst themselves than actually helping customers. Instead of solving problems, they create more. It feels like the rules change whenever they want them to, and customers are the ones who pay for it. People’s mail, legal packages, important documents, and personal property should not be treated this way. This location needs accountability, better management, and employees who actually care about doing their jobs.
