- GYGloria YousefSep 12, 20261.0Worst experience ever I pay extra money to get my package on time, I texted the driver to know what time he was gonna drop it off he never respond back once I came back from picking my kids from school they left a notice in my door, I called customer service and they told me by the next day they will drop it off to the nearest location I call next day and they told me the package was at the location already. I went there and the package was in there. I called them again and they told me the package was on FedEx facility that is an hour away I send my worker to pick the package with all the information and they didn’t even wanna give him the package.
