  When I see driver Robert doing my Hillside delivery to Lyons its 100% guarantee, attempt was made or wrong address , and I have to pick up my package myself , lazy dude , complain about him several times at the Hillside location , nothing happened

  Would give 0 stars and write an essay if I could, but I will just say working with Hillside FedEx has been the worst experience of my lifetime. They treated me and my package like literal garbage.

  Fed Ex might actually be worse to deal with than the post office, Fed Ex drivers / delivery personnel unable or unwilling to follow any of the delivery instructions that their own company ask’s their customers to provide even if there is a large sign with large typed out direction’s. I’m talking about basic instructions such as “please bring packages to the back door” instead they just claim the package was undeliverable. Don’t waist your time going to the warehouse to pick up “undeliverable packages” use UPS or the post office instead of Fed Ex!

  Anytime a package is thru fedex I literally want to to cry. They never do their one job which is to deliver our packages. It’s always a run around and always saying that the address which is my address is incorrect that makes zero sense! No attempt to even try to help this FedEx should be shut down the worst shipping experiences always is from FedEx!

  FedEx is a joke and I hate everything about them. Had a work package that was suppose to be delivered Friday. It didn’t need a signature or anything, the delivery driver, Monique decided that it was too hard for her to leave it at my porch and didn’t deliver my package. Monday rolls around and I need the contents in the package for my job, but guess what? It’s not here yet. So I have to sit at home and wait the whole day for said package and lose a day of work. Not only that but I had to move all my meetings that day to other days because I had to sit at home and wait for a package that’s 3 days late. Save yourself the hassle and never ship anything with FedEx even if you’re shipping a bomb cuz it’ll probably not get there on time.
