- ANAnna NowakJun 11, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable service. My package status was marked as “delivered,” yet nothing was delivered. I’ve checked everywhere, and there is no package to be found. Trying to get help is impossible because there is no way to reach anyone at the Highland Park, IL location. A delivery company that can’t confirm where a package went and offers no customer support is failing its customers. I would give zero stars if that were an option.
