After calling numerous times and giving him the benefit of doubt, I went and filled out a request for him, The gentleman I spoke with has delivered to my house and understood my concern. I showed him a video and he understood why I was upset, my behavior wasn't the greatest I'm not perfect I reached a breaking point... The post master was busy when I went in and took it upon himself to come to my house to view the video and understood my frustration and was very professional and apologized on behalf of the post office.... Mark was the gentleman who came to my house, I wanted to say I greatly appreciate you and thank you for your time and understanding... I have always received the greatest service both in the post office and with every other mail delivery person I have until this particular... Thank you all for your time and understanding

Today I got to get my package and it has been stolen because they left it on the doorstep again. I’m guessing the employee was to lazy to go get the slip of paper and bring it back to the post office so they just left it.
