I went to this post office simply seeking information about a delayed package, and instead of receiving assistance, I was met with unbelievable rudeness, arrogance, and complete disrespect. The employee acted as though helping customers was a burden. Every question was met with a dismissive attitude, impatience, and a level of hostility that was both shocking and unacceptable. There was absolutely no professionalism, no courtesy, and no willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. A post office is supposed to serve the public, yet this experience made me feel like I was being treated as an annoyance simply for asking for help. No customer deserves to be spoken to or treated this way. If this is the standard of customer service at this location, then management has a serious problem. Employees who treat customers with such disrespect should be held accountable. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. I will avoid this location whenever possible and strongly encourage management to address these unacceptable attitudes before more customers have the same experience.
