But we got there and we are informed from the passport lady that they are not doing passports today while she was helping other customer with passport application. She just to us Whatever! Please hire appropriate people for this position we need reliable service when comes to passports. I hope she gets fired soon! I see I’m not the only one complaining please do something! Thank you.
