- KKKandiceDec 9, 20245.0Kathy is the best! I had a package say "Ready for Pickup" at the Tremont location for some reason on Saturday and I wouldn't be able to pick up due to my work hours. I submitted a ticket thinking it was going to the Tremont office but it went to Hanna City. Kathy called back within the same day to get the issued resolved. I expected to receive my package Tuesday or Wednesday, but it showed up earlier than I expected on Monday!
