They are very flexible in working with their clients and never use high-pressure sales tactics. Jay, the owner, is personally involved, and his entire team is courteous, professional, clean, and extremely respectful of our home. What has impressed me most is how well they stand behind their work. On the rare occasion I have needed assistance—even years after an installation—they have been incredibly responsive, typically addressing the issue the same day or next day. They have also never charged me for a follow-up call or service visit. Tech Systems provides outstanding service before, during, and long after the installation, and I highly recommend them.

We worked with Jay on the design and installation and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating...very nice to work with. Michael and Curtis installed the system and did a great job technically, very respectful of our home and also very pleasant to work with. We would definitely use them in the future if the need arises.

They came in and used the existing system which "wasn't working" according to some....
