    As I sit here on hold for 45 min. Now to talk to a very rude customer service rep. I put in my package at this location with promise to be there next day. It’s now 2 days later and my package just magically disappeared into thin air. With tracking and all of that no one can tell me where my package is. This is absolutely unacceptable. If I did this at my job I’d get fired. Why did I pay the extra to get this service???? Now being told they can not tell me what and where my package is……….. At this point I could drive there faster, use a pigeon, something. Needless to say I will be using FedEx or any other company besides the USPS again.

    This post office values their customers and respects their time. Passport appts were behind schedule. A couple and their baby were waiting. The husband needed to leave within a few minutes to attend another scheduled appt. The clerk acknowledged this, and wanted to assist them promptly due to the delay and the situation. It's sad that another customer jumped to conclusions and passed judgement without knowing the facts. ( No benefit of doubt and extremely disrespectful). She felt compelled to throw shade on the clerk and spewed negative comments and unkind words about both her and the post office via a survey. I would say that was kind and considerate of the clerk. It's an example of providing great customer service! Spread kindness, not ugliness!

    Today 6/27/2026, about 11:15am. I came in to get stamps. The lady of the couple who were trying to do passports said they were waiting and that I could go ahead of them. Really polite of them. WELL, the old women who was working the middle counter finally finished with the man she was working with. Thinking I'm next and waiting for the que to come to the counter. The old lady asks for the passport wife even though husband and kids stepped outside and the wife was at least 4ft behind me. We both tried to tell the old lady that I didn't skip and that she let me go ahead. The old women said she still had to take them first. Certainly felt like this old woman had a personal problem with me despite not knowing her from Adam. I left. Wife said sorry, old woman yelled something but I'm already out the door. This facility isn't the only place to sell stamps and has the worst time management and customer service. If USPS facilities are being closed in the area, please close this one and let her ho because she has nothing to offer but bad customer service.

    don't ever ever leave packages on the weekend! People would packages into the 24 hour slot and then it gets full and you can't put your package in. There's nobody there to move the packages out and keep the bin clear until Monday. Typical post office. Nobody cares until Monday. And even then, nobody cares.
