  They charge to email files over, printed the incorrect layout and still charged for the incorrect copies. No other ups store does this

  I am dumbfounded. I was quoted $200 to ground ship a medium sized ~15 lb box to Colorado, and then $500 for a medium sized -40 lb item. The woman who did the quote acted like those prices were normal. I came back in 5 min later to ask if it was possible that a mistake would made and she said “I enter the dimensions and weight and that gives me the price”. I have shipped many large heavy items via UPS before and these prices are way out of wack. I WILL NOT GO BACK. UPDATE: the store’s response is unacceptable. I priced the shipping myself on the app with the dimensions / weight and the heavier box price came in around $100 (not $500), which is what I expected.

  Out of all the UPS stores I have gone to, this UPS store is by far the best I’ve ever been at. They are so extremely helpful, kind courteous, friendly. I can’t say enough about them. They are fantastic. If you ever need a UPS store and you’re in the area I highly suggest you go to this one they aren’t great.
