Completely rude, unhelpful people, especially the lady, I forget her name but will go back and find out and also file a complaint. I’m new to town, about 5 months, still have not received a single piece of mail and I have filed out three change of address forms. Needless to say, this is a completely incompetent institution which is a shame, because not all usps offices have negligent employees. Shame !

Rude and unhelpful.. it’s ok though , I’ve filed a complaint with the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE TODAY Absolutely the most rude, awful, arrogant employees I have ever seen Need to be fired .. certainly do not deserve a job in CUSTOMER service ( yes, our taxes PAY your salary … go work somewhere in a dark basement where people skills are not needed!
