  The only way to find out it was closed today (Sunday, October 11) was to show up and see the sign. Can't they at least make it their voicemail? I called ahead of arriving but assumed they were too busy to answer.

  Sitting in front of the store to pick up an important package that is supposed to be sent back on Tuesday, only to find out that despite checking the hours both online and by phone, the owners of this location have closed for today (Sunday) and tomorrow for indigenous people's day. Literally every other ups store in the area is open and most places honoring the holiday are only closed on Monday. I spend my weeks in the city as a full time student, and will not be able to pick my package up until next weekend, WHICH IS SPECIFICALLY WHY I MADE SURE TO CHECK THEIR WEEKEND HOURS, and even verified the hours specifically for today. I have seen 11 people show up, pull on the door, and leave angry, just in the few minutes it has taken to type this out so far. If my package is sent back, I will be absolutely livid. People need these weekend hours, and customers depend on and deserve transparency and honesty. I will never have a package shipped to this location again and if I were you, I'd avoid doing business with this location as well.

  I just dropped off an item to return to Amazon. There was a rap song playing in the background. It was laced with the N-word (verse after verse). I did not say anything to the clerk because she seemed to be perfectly good with what was playing. I am a Black man and I don't ever use that word or words of that nature. I would appreciate it if you would address this with the management of this store. I use this store often and this is the first time I ever incurred this situation. Regards, LB

  Got there at 6:29, an African American / black UPS driver standing by the door just holding the the door open, sees me getting off from my car and getting my package from my rear trunk and says “they are closed” to which I respond , “excuse me?” and he says once again “I said they are closed” I told him “cmon man please, what time you guys close?” To which he replies “6:30” so I asked him “what time is it?” Which he replied acknowledging that it was barely 6;30, so I processed to “ask him to please let me in that I only have one package and it’s just gonna take a few seconds while there was still people waiting about 4-5 customers in there, he keeps telling me “no it’s closed, it’s 6:30” so I had no choice than to return to my vehicle and once I put my package back k in my trunk he says “she said you can come in” while he is laughing talking smack to the other employee or customers. I just left, I won’t take the disrespect from someone else’s like if I’m a joke or laughing matter.. if it’s 6:30 ok I get it, you are closed , I will leave , there’s no need to make fun of customers and disrespect them.

  These people seriously need to slow the heck down. The older woman helping me was stressing me out to no end—printing duplicates and triplicates of two different delivery labels, bouncing around trying to help a ton of other people, and just generally all over the place. The whole process was chaotic and unnecessarily stressful. I almost had a panic attack trying to keep up with what was going on. This was, without a doubt, the most stressful place I have ever stopped at to deliver a package. They really need to slow down, focus on one customer at a time, and get their process under control.
